Recovery Process(trigger warning)

So... I've suffered from bulimia for about five years now, and before that I had anorexia for two and BED for one. I've dealt with EDs for about eight years. I'm finally starting my recovery since I've realized how much my ED is taking over my life. I can't go into a grocery store without coming out with a cake, some Oreos, Cheetos, BBQ potato chips, and two bottles of pop. It's nuts. If I forget the cake I go back in and come back out with it and more chips. I've started to use the downstairs toilet because the upstairs one is losing its flush capacity. I wear a mouthguard while purging to prevent my teeth from getting all gross. I skip scho
